Beleza reserves the right to remove any offer or discount and change our menu prices without prior notice.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform staff of all allergies prior to dining. When booking with a pram or highchair, please ensure this is included in the total number of guests so we can allocate an appropriate table.

Accepted Payment: Cash/card or gift vouchers purchased directly at Beleza Restaurant, we do not accept any promo codes, coupon codes or any promotional discounts by any external sources.

Dress Code is Smart Casual. We have the right to refuse service if dress code is not adhered to.

Due to Health and Safety regulations, it is our policy for food not to be taken away from the restaurant.

Wastage Policy: If there is an excessive amount of food wastage, we reserve the right to place a supplementary charge onto your final bill.

Beleza does not accept liability for any personal belongings damaged or lost in our restaurant.

Booking times have a grace period of 10 mins, if running late please call the restaurant. We reserve the right to cancel your booking or shorten your seating time if you are late.

Beleza reserves the right to cancel bookings over 6 persons when the deposit of £10 per-head has not been provided to secure the booking.

Reservation Changes: If the number of guest reservations reduce you must confirm with us within 72 hours of your booking, failing to do this will result in a missing person(s) deposit charge added to your final bill. Increasing a booking’s guest count may not be possible due to availability.

The company reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Complaints: We allow 8 days after your dining date for complaints. We investigate all complaints using our CCTV system and through talking to the manager on duty at the time.

Table time allocation is 1 hour and 45 minutes. We would appreciate your cooperation and consideration for other guests waiting to be seated.
